JULIEANNE E. STEINBACHER is the founding shareholder of Steinbacher, Stahl, Goodall & Yurchak, an elder care and special needs planning law firm with locations in Williamsport, PA and State College, PA. She is certified as an Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation. Her law practice focuses on estate and long-term care planning. As an attorney, her goal is to provide a bridge between legal services and the aging network. Julie belongs to the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA); Academy of Special Needs Planners (ASNP); Wealth Counsel, LLC; and Elder Counsel, LLC. Prior to becoming an attorney, Julie was employed by AARP and as a social worker at a nursing home. She has written materials published by the University of Illinois on estates, trusts, and taxation. She also has published materials in various newsletters and newspapers. Julie and her law partner, Adrianne J.
