Because many of our suppliers have a 30-day return policy, we have a 30-day return policy as well. That means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@massivebookshop.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that we are unable to issue refunds for orders scanned "delivered" by your local carrier. If your order has been scanned "delivered" but you have not received your book(s), please contact your local carrier directly.
